On the following day, we are supposed to go to Adams but unfortunately the other driver for our motorcycle ride wasn’t able to catch up with the designated time. We went to the northern part of Pagudpud instead. So, let’s move on to our fifth stop, Patapat Viaduct, which was constructed at the time of our former President Marcos. It’s a bridge connecting Ilocos and Cagayan.
